RetentionFinal personalized PDFs: We retain one archival copy of each delivered Rebirth Certificate or other personalized service PDF in a private Proton Drive folder indefinitely, without a scheduled deletion date, for ongoing recordkeeping and reference. This retention remains subject to applicable legal requirements, including any enforceable rights to deletion or limits on retention. Indefinite retention does not guarantee permanent availability or replacement delivery.Standalone intake information and correspondence: Separate intake submissions, birth information, and routine delivery correspondence are deleted from Company-controlled active records within 90 calendar days after delivery. Information incorporated into the final PDF remains in the archival copy described above.Unsuccessful or withdrawn advisory applications: Routine copies are deleted within 90 calendar days after closure.Private advisory communications: Routine communications are retained during the relationship and deleted from Company-controlled active records within 90 calendar days after the relationship ends. Final personalized PDFs are subject to the archival policy above.Creation drafts and temporary exports: Routine working copies are deleted within 30 calendar days after final delivery and confirmation that the archival copy is usable, unless needed for a correction.Contracts and accounting: Minimal agreement, payment, refund, referral, and delivery records are retained for seven years after the relevant relationship or continuing commission obligation ends. This is the Company’s chosen retention period, not a representation that every record legally requires seven years.Narrowly relevant information may be retained longer where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or address an unresolved claim. Requests for earlier deletion are considered under applicable law.This revised archival policy does not retroactively override a shorter retention commitment previously made to a customer.8. Security, Archival Storage, and Deletion LimitsProton accounts use two-factor authentication, and client folders are private. We retain one final archival PDF in Proton Drive as described in Section 7.The archival copy is separate from the copy delivered to you. It is not represented as an independent offline backup or a guarantee against loss. You should retain your own copy.Working files may also be processed or stored in Canva, Procreate, or on the device used to prepare the document, as described in Section 4. These working copies are subject to the retention periods in Section 7.Where deletion applies, Company-controlled deletion includes applicable working copies, exports, delivery copies, and trash or recently deleted locations. Provider-held residual records and backup copies follow the provider’s applicable retention processes and may not be immediately removable by the Company.Client-held copies and public blockchain records are outside our deletion control. Email recipients, Signal participants, downloaded PDFs, and devices may retain copies.No system guarantees absolute security, uninterrupted availability, or immediate deletion of every copy.9. Website Cookies, Analytics, and TrackingOur website is hosted on Carrd. Carrd’s optional Site Analytics feature is disabled, with no analytics provider selected. LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel are also disabled. We have not added custom tracking code, embedded players, or widgets.Our forms use Carrd’s default spam and bot mitigation measures rather than an optional third-party CAPTCHA integration.
